联苯双酯是治疗病毒性肝炎和药物性肝损伤引起转氨酶升高的常用药物。以往认为它具有保护肝细胞,增加肝脏的解毒功能的药理作用。尤其是其降酶作用,效果明显,且毒性低,副作用小。但近年来发现该药对慢性肝炎的疗效较差,有少数患者在治疗过程中发现黄疸,肝损害加重。我们自1991年1月至1996年12月也遇到5例肝损害患者,现报告如下。
Bifendate is a commonly used drug for the treatment of viral hepatitis and drug induced liver injury caused by elevated transaminases. In the past that it has the protection of liver cells, increase the liver’s detoxification pharmacological effects. In particular, its role in reducing enzyme, the effect is obvious, and low toxicity, side effects. However, in recent years, the drug has been found to be less effective in treating chronic hepatitis. In a minority of patients, jaundice was found during the course of treatment, and liver damage was aggravated. We have also met five patients with liver damage from January 1991 to December 1996 and are reported below.
