进入新世纪,环境保护已经成为全世界广泛关注的问题。与此同时,环境保护意识的强弱是衡量一个国家国民素养的重要标准,需要在课程教学中从小培养学生的环境保护素养。地理作为一门专门研究人类社会地理环境关系的科学,必然在学校环境教育中承担着主要的任务。这就要求我们在地理教学中,在给学生各种知识和技能的同时,也要履行环境教育这一新的职能,寓环保教育于地理教育之中,增强学生的环保意识,在环保意识的强化培养中实现环保行为的转变。
