本文介绍了新研制的WEDM电极丝恒张力控制器’作为机床附件,配置在高速走丝线切割机床上,用来上丝并使丝张紧。经工艺试验和工厂使用证明,采用本恒张力控制器切割工件,有效地改善了表面质量,提高了加工精度和生产率。
This article describes the newly developed WEDM Electrode Constant Tension Controller ’as a machine tool accessory that is configured on a high-speed wire-cutting machine to thread and tension the wire. The process test and the use of the factory proved that the constant tension controller cutting the workpiece, effectively improving the surface quality and improve the machining accuracy and productivity.
