本文通过对国际绿色建筑评估体系的研究,指出建筑领域拥有巨大的节能减排潜力,发展绿色建筑是在建筑领域实施可持续发展战略的具体体现,而建立并实施绿色建筑评价体系是促进绿色建筑发展的重要途径。
