加强预算管理、逐步构建现代预算管理体系,是医疗体制改革的一个重要组成部分!不断推进医疗体制改革,构建医疗机构现代化、体系化的全面预算管理制度,不仅是完善医疗机构经营管理模式的需要,而且是提升医疗机构的综合管理水平、实现医疗机构长期战略发展目标的需要。文章对预算管理的相关内容作了概括性陈述,系统阐述了在当前医疗体制改革的框架下构建医疗机构预算管理体系的相关策略。
