对于国有企业发展而言,人力资源管理是非常重要的一部分,关系着国有企业是否能够稳定发展。当前,我国国有企业人力资源管理中存在很多问题,如:体制不健全、资源配置效率低、人力资源开发水平低等。如何解决好这些问题,这是我国各大国有企业应该重点探讨的问题。基于此,本文分析了国有企业人力资源管理工作中的问题,并提出了解决的问题,希望可以促进国有企业取得更好的发展。
For the development of state-owned enterprises, human resources management is a very important part and it is related to whether the state-owned enterprises can develop steadily. At present, there are many problems in the management of human resources in state-owned enterprises in our country, such as the imperfect system, the inefficient allocation of resources and the low level of human resources development. How to solve these problems is the issue that our major state-owned enterprises should focus on. Based on this, this paper analyzes the problems in the work of human resources management in state-owned enterprises and puts forward the solutions to the problems, hoping to promote the better development of state-owned enterprises.
