目的利用免费婚检服务平台,开展艾滋病咨询检测,以减少艾滋病病毒(HIV)的平行传播和母婴传播。方法对免费婚检对象同时进行婚前医学检查和艾滋病咨询检测,对检出HIV抗体阳性者进行婚育指导,告知HIV的危害及传播方式、预防措施等知情选择。选择结婚的建议性生活时戴安全套;双方均为HIV阳性者建议采取避孕措施,选择生育者将其纳入预防艾滋病母婴传播系统管理。结果 2012-2013年,全区免费婚检对象共39864人,全部参加艾滋病咨询检测,检出艾滋病抗体阳性92例,阳性率0.23%,其中单方阳性74例,双方阳性9对18例。通过婚育指导后3-6个月,对其配偶进行追踪回访检测,所有男女单方HIV抗体阳性者的配偶均未发现HIV抗体阳性者;检出HIV抗体阳性妇女妊娠者16人,自愿终止妊娠2人,其余14人纳入预防艾滋病母婴传播系统管理。结论利用免费婚检服务平台开展艾滋病咨询检测,对检出的HIV抗体阳性者进行婚育指导,并将其纳入预防艾滋病母婴传播系统管理,对预防艾滋病平行传播和母婴传播有重要意义。
Objective To use the free marriage screening service platform to conduct AIDS counseling and testing to reduce the parallel transmission of HIV and mother-to-child transmission. Methods Simultaneous prenuptial medical examination and HIV counseling and testing were conducted on free premarital subjects. Guidance was given to HIV-positive individuals for HIV testing and maternity, informing them about the hazards, modes of transmission and preventive measures. Choose to marry the recommended sex when wearing condoms; HIV-positive both are recommended to take contraceptive measures, select the birth to be included in the management of HIV / AIDS mother-to-child transmission system. Results From 2012 to 2013, there were 39864 free premarital subjects in the district, all of whom participated in AIDS counseling and testing. Among them, 92 cases were positive for AIDS antibody, the positive rate was 0.23%, of which 74 cases were unilateral positive and 9 cases positive in both cases. After maternity and childbirth guidance 3-6 months, follow-up testing of their spouses, all men and women unilateral HIV antibody-positive spouses did not find HIV antibody positive; HIV-positive women were detected in pregnancy 16 people, voluntary termination of pregnancy 2 people and the remaining 14 people into the management of HIV / AIDS mother-to-child transmission system. Conclusion It is of great significance to use HIV-free counseling and testing platform to conduct HIV counseling and testing, to guide HIV-positive and HIV-positive people to HIV / AIDS mother-to-child transmission system management and to prevent parallel transmission of AIDS and mother-to-child transmission.
