说明了利用双引发剂可以制得具有相容性和降解性的双功能接枝物PP-g-(MAH-St),实验结果表明:应用第二引发剂DTBP可有效地提高PP与MAH和St的接枝效果。双功能接枝物PP-g-(MAH-St)可使聚丙烯熔体指数大幅度提高,当其用量15%~20%时,降解聚丙烯的MI发生了突跃,从22 g/10 min提高到42 g/10 min。双功能接枝物PP-g-(MAH-St)可提高聚丙烯与无机填料CaCO3间的相容性,使PP/CaCO3复合材料的力学性能提高,并且极大地改善了复合材料的流动性能。
It shows that the dual-functional graft PP-g- (MAH-St) with compatibility and degradability can be obtained by using the dual initiator. The experimental results show that the application of the second initiator DTBP can effectively increase the PP and MAH and St grafting effect.
