发展能力,是高校办学理念、办学能力与水平的综合反映,也是学校得以持续健康发展的基础。电大在我国教育事业的进程中,不断发展壮大,不断创造辉煌,其发展能力得到基本构建并快速拓展,成为电大发展取得辉煌成就的重要因素。电大面临的新环境,推动着电大建设必须向更高的层次迈进。就江苏电大而言,在新的历史阶段,要形成新的发展思路和发展能力:增强发展战略思维能力;提升整体发展能力;提高内涵发展能力;突出特色发展能力;形成人本发展能力。
The ability to develop is a comprehensive reflection of the idea of running a university and the ability and level of running a school. It is also the basis for a sustained and healthy development of the school. In the process of education in our country, RTVU constantly develops and grows, continues to create splendid achievements, and its development capability has been basically constructed and rapidly expanded, becoming an important factor in the brilliant achievements of TVU’s development. The new environment that TVU faces is to promote the construction of TVU must move forward to a higher level. In terms of Jiangsu RTVU, in the new historical stage, new development ideas and development capabilities should be formed: strengthening the ability to develop strategic thinking; enhancing the overall development capability; enhancing the capacity of internal development; highlighting the capacity for unique development; and forming the capacity for human development.
