细胞遗传结构的障碍是蒽环类抗肿瘤抗生素使细胞损害的重要环节。本文旨在通过动物实验方法对正定霉素、阿霉素和Carmi-nomycin诱发骨髓细胞的遗传障碍作用进行比较。实验动物为非纯系18~22g小鼠140只,其中20只作为对照组。抗生素剂量为半数效量统计分析曲线计算的1/2LD_(50),即:正定霉素2.7mg/kg;阿霉素4mg/kg;Carmi-nomycin 0.55mg/kg。溶于无菌等渗盐水中腹腔内注射。于注射后4、18、24小时和第2、3、5、7、10天处死小鼠,骨髓细胞分裂
The obstacle of cytogenetic structure is an important part of cell damage caused by anthracycline antitumor antibiotics. The purpose of this paper is to compare the genetic disorders of bone marrow cells induced by doxorubicin, doxorubicin and Carmi-nomycin by animal experiments.
