打击假冒伪劣势在必行据不完全统计,假冒名优商品的标值每年在700亿元左右,据国务院研究中心抽样调查,1999年市场流通的假冒伪劣商品达1300亿元。每年由于假冒使国家利税损失达800多亿元。伪造、假冒活动严重地影响了国家的安全,社会的稳定和企业的发展,伤害了广大消费者的切身利益,甚至给国家政治上造成不良的影响。因此,必须在全国范围内进行深入广泛地打假与防伪活动,加大打假防伪的力度,使伪造和制售假冒伪劣的犯罪行为成为人人喊打的过街老鼠。
