目的了解荔浦县医疗机构传染病疫情报告情况,为进一步提高医疗单位的传染病疫情报告和管理水平提供科学依据。方法对2004～2008年荔浦县县直医疗单位、乡镇卫生院及卫生所室开展的传染病漏报调查资料进行统计分析。结果荔浦县县、乡(镇)、村三级医疗机构中共查出法定报告传染病14种1579例,漏报98例,漏报率6.21%。传染病漏报率逐年降低,其中2004年漏报率最高(9.38%),2008年最低(3.46%),漏报率前3位的病种依次为:急性出血性结膜炎(15.63%)、风疹(10.34%)、梅毒(10.17%)。县、乡(镇)、村级医疗机构漏报率分别为4.69%、7.53%、12.84%。结论不同级别医疗机构均存在漏报、迟报现象,应进一步加强医疗机构传染病疫情报告管理工作。
Objective To understand the epidemic situation of infectious diseases in medical institutions in Lipu County and to provide scientific basis for further improving the reporting and management of infectious diseases in medical units. Methods The data of the underreporting of infectious diseases carried out in 2005 from 2005 to 2005 in Lipu County straight medical units, township hospitals and clinics were statistically analyzed. Results There were 14 kinds of 1579 statutory reported communicable diseases in the counties, townships and villages of Lipu County. The missing cases were reported in 98 cases and the false negative rate was 6.21%. The omission rate of infectious diseases decreased year by year, among which the omission rate was the highest (9.38%) in 2004, the lowest (3.46%) in 2008 and the top three omission rates were acute hemorrhagic conjunctivitis (15.63%), Rubella (10.34%), syphilis (10.17%). The false negative rates of county, township (town) and village-level medical institutions were 4.69%, 7.53% and 12.84% respectively. Conclusions There are omissions and delays in reporting at different levels of medical institutions, and the management of epidemic situation of infectious diseases in medical institutions should be further strengthened.
