为掌握充填材料的力学性能以便更好地处理地下采空区、改善地区、保护环境,在综合考虑各种影响因素后进行了不同充填材料的正交试验.运用统计回归的方法分析了各因素对充填体性能的影响,得到了相关的拟合曲线和函数关系.试验结果显示:浓度为75%~77%时料浆流动性较好,形成的各配比充填体均匀性和力学性能稳定。通过一定时期的井下充填,采场顶板和上盘围岩垮落现象得到了控制,料浆管输和造浆性能好,管道磨损小,研究结果为矿山提高经济效益、社会效益及可持续发展提供了可行的技术依据.
