中国共产党的宗旨是全心全意为人民服务,这就意味着各级领导干部必须清正廉洁,始终与人民群众同甘共苦,风雨同舟。因此,我们可以认为反腐倡廉是关系中国共产党生死存亡和维护国家长治久安的一项重大举措,作为中国共产党党建重要组成部分的廉政建设越来越受到重视。从目前看来,党的廉政建设无论是对党的执政基础,或者党执政水平的提高,还是完成全面建设小康社会的历史重任来说都是举足轻重的。特别是从改革开放以来,处于改革期的中国开放了国门,各种文化思潮扑面而来,相互激荡,使得腐败之风悄然袭来,腐败之举屡见不鲜的背景下,廉政建设更显得尤为重要。本文对我国改革开放以来我国的廉政建设的研究做了一些梳理,意在发现共通之处,探求推行廉政建设的有效措施,为今后的廉政建设发展添砖加瓦。
The purpose of the Chinese Communist Party is to serve the people wholeheartedly. This means that leading cadres at all levels must be honest and clean, and live with the people and the common as well as the hardships. Therefore, we can think that fighting corruption and building a clean government is a major measure that affects the life and death of the Chinese Communist Party and safeguarding the country’s long-term peace and stability. The building of an honest and clean government as an important part of the CPC’s construction is gaining more and more prominence. For now, the building of an honest and clean government of the Party is of the utmost importance both for the foundation of the party’s administration and for the improvement of the party’s governing ability, or for fulfilling the historic task of building an overall well-to-do society. Especially since the reform and opening up, China has opened its doors to the country in the period of reform, various cultural trends have been blowing up and stirring up with each other, making it easy for the corruption to flourish and the common mistakes of corruption. Against this backdrop, it is even more important to establish a clean and honest government. This article does some research on the building of a clean and honest administration in our country since the reform and opening up, in order to find common ground and to explore effective measures to promote the building of an honest and clean government, so as to make contributions to the future development of an honest and clean government.
