受中国石油天然气总公司和中国科学院的委托,以中国石油天然气总公司科技局副局长傅诚德为主任、中国科学院协调局研究员黄鼎成为副主任的验收委员会,以李德生院士为主任、杨超、欧阳自远院士为副主任的鉴定委员会于1995年8月22日至24日,在北京对中国科学院负责的“八五”国家科技攻关102项目二级课题“天然气成因理论及大中型天然气藏形成的地质基础研究”(代号85—102—15)进行验收和鉴定。 验收委员会和鉴定委员会听取了二级课题首席科学家徐永昌研究员的汇报和六个专题负责人的成果汇报。 验收委员会认为该课题各专题能按合同要求,组织高水平、高层次的科研人员,认真做好基础研究和理论总结,所获成果具理论意义和实用价值;各专题经费使用合理、组织
Commissioned by China National Petroleum Corporation and the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Fu Chengde, deputy director of the Bureau of Science and Technology of China National Petroleum Corporation, Huang Dingcheng, a research fellow of Chinese Academy of Sciences, is the deputy director of the acceptance committee, with academician Li Desheng as director.
