随着经济的发展,现代企业制度的不断完善,人在企业中所发挥的作用越来越重要,企业就必须要加大对员工的重视,并在坚持以人为本的前提下加大思想政治工作的力度。本文简述了思想政治工作的重要性和必要性以及目前存在的问题,并以此给出了现代企业思想政治工作的途径,为企业的发展建设提供了一定的借鉴作用。
