近几年,由于校园安全事件的频繁发生,校园安全问题已经引起全社会的广泛关注,目前中国政府为了保证校园和在校人员的人身和财产安全,已将校园安全的维护纳入教育管理工作中。校园安全工作是一项综合治理工作,校园管理者应当积极主动地与社会各部门进行合作,其中包括作为社会法律工作者的律师,这不但能更有效地维护校园安全,也符合目前中国构建和谐社会这一主题实践活动中的法治精神。
