目的探讨超声波对贲门癌认断及临床应用价值。方法应用Ｂ型超声诊断仪（探头频率为３５和４０ＭＨｚ），对１１０例经Ｘ线诊断贲门癌的病人辅以超声波检查。结果１０２例有异常表现，其中１２例有周围征象。Ｂ超诊断符合率为９２７％。结论Ｂ超对贲门癌的诊断及临床治疗具有重要的指导作用，值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the value of ultrasound in the diagnosis and clinical application of cardiac cancer. Methods Ultrasound examinations were performed on 110 patients diagnosed with cardiac cancer who underwent X-ray diagnosis using a B-mode ultrasound scanner (probe frequency 35 and 40MHz). Results There were abnormal findings in 102 cases, of which 12 cases had peripheral signs. The B-ultrasound diagnosis rate was 92.7%. Conclusion B-ultrasound plays an important role in the diagnosis and clinical treatment of cardiac cancer, and it is worthy of clinical application.
