在“互联网+”背景下,中国房地产私募基金应该积极投身互联网浪潮之中。5月6日,移动互联网房产电商平台吉屋完成A轮融资,融资额为1亿元人民币,由亚洲最大的创投基金之一赛富基金领投,上海中城渝通投资中心参与其同投资。这本是一则平常普通的融资消息,却引起了《中国房地产金融》乃至业界的关注,原因在于:此次融资的背后,有着同为传统地产PE巨头的“上海中城联盟投资管理股份有限公司”(中城投资)身影出没。
