教师被人们称为人类灵魂的工程师。教师要塑造学生的灵魂,首先要塑造自己的灵魂。教师教育学生既要言教,又要身教,而身教重于言教,所以教师必须加强职业道德修养,并具有优良的品德和高尚的情操。我自1998年参加工作以来,认真学习马列主义、毛泽东思想和邓小平理论,深刻领会“三个代表”、科学发展观的重要思想。忠诚于党的教育事业,全面贯彻党的教育方针,遵纪守法,关心时事,积极学习政治理论,不断提高自己的政治业务素质。工作中严格要求自己,处处起模范带头作用;扎根山区,爱岗敬业,为教育事业的发展无私奉献。
Teachers are called engineers of human souls. Teachers want to shape the soul of students, we must first shape their own souls. Teachers educate students not only to preach, but also to teach, and to teach more than precepts, so teachers must strengthen professional ethics, and has excellent moral character and noble sentiments. Since I joined the work in 1998, I have conscientiously studied Marxism-Leninism, Mao Zedong Thought and Deng Xiaoping Theory and deeply comprehend the important thinking of the “Three Represents” and the scientific concept of development. Loyal to the party’s education, fully implement the party’s education policy, law-abiding, concerned about current affairs, actively study the political theory, and constantly improve their political professional quality. Work strict demands on themselves, everywhere play a leading role model; rooted mountains, love their jobs, for the development of education selfless dedication.
