After nearly two years of pilot work, we have gained some experience in government procurement management and implementation. The promulgation of the “Provisional Measures on Government Procurement Management” and the implementation of its supporting measures as well as the enactment of laws and regulations on government procurement in most regions basically ended the situation in which the government procurement work in our country can not be implemented. In the coming period, the direction of our government procurement work will be based on our national conditions
