[目的]探讨p53及Ebp1蛋白在宫颈癌组织中的表达及其意义.[方法]应用免疫组织化学方法检测30例宫颈癌组织及癌旁正常组织中p53及Ebp1蛋白的表达.[结果]宫颈癌组织中p53及Ebp1蛋白阳性率分别为60.0%和33.3%,均明显高于癌旁正常组织(P<0.05);宫颈癌组织中p53及Ebp1表达与患者年龄、肿瘤大小、家族史无相关性,p53及Ebp1高表达与肿瘤的TNM分期及淋巴结转移呈正相关(P<0.05).[结论]p53联合Ebp1蛋白的检测有助于对宫颈癌转移及预后进行判断.
[Objective] To investigate the expression of p53 and Ebp1 protein in cervical cancer and their significance. [Methods] The expressions of p53 and Ebp1 protein in 30 cases of cervical cancer tissues and adjacent normal tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry. [Results] Cervix The positive rates of p53 and Ebp1 in cancer tissues were 60.0% and 33.3%, respectively, which were significantly higher than those in normal tissues (P <0.05). The expressions of p53 and Ebp1 in cervical cancer were not related with age, tumor size and family history The high expression of p53, Ebp1 and p53 were positively correlated with TNM staging and lymph node metastasis (P <0.05). [Conclusions] The detection of p53 and Ebp1 protein is helpful to judge the metastasis and prognosis of cervical cancer.
