著名记者穆青,从事新闻事业半个世纪,写下了《县委书记的榜样——焦裕禄》、《为了周总理的嘱托》、《一篇没有写完的报道》、《人民呼唤焦裕禄》等杰作,震撼了神州大地。1993年元月,他从新华社社长的岗位上退了下来。 不少新闻界同行打听:穆青现今干啥? 1994年末秋,我去京城出差,专程拜访了穆青。 在穆老的办公室,他正在翻阅新近出版的《了望》新闻周刊,见我走了进来,热情地打了招呼。我仔细端详着这位风雨沧桑的老前辈:两鬓染霜,面色红润,目光炯炯,岁月在他的额头上留下了深深的印迹。他依旧是一副和蔼可亲的神态。
