提出了一种用2.7μm激光Ⅱ类匹配方式泵浦ZnGeP2(ZGP)OPO输出红外激光的新方案,该方案与传统方法相比具有更多优点。实验研究了内腔式KTP OPO输入2.7μm激光,最大输出能量约为2mJ,总的电光效率为0.01%,斜效率为0.03%,能量稳定度为±7%。测量了泵浦光与信号光的和频光的波长及时间波形,由此也验证了输出的是2.7μm激光。结果表明使用此种方法输出2.7μm激光是可行的,为利用2.7μm激光作为泵浦源泵浦ZGPOPO得到3~5μm中红外激光奠定了基础。
A new scheme of pumping ZnGeP2 (ZGP) OPO output infrared laser with 2.7μm laser Ⅱ type matching is proposed. This scheme has more advantages than the traditional method. Experimental study of the cavity KTP OPO input 2.7μm laser, the maximum output power of about 2mJ, the total electro-optical efficiency of 0.01%, the ramp efficiency of 0.03%, the energy stability of ± 7%. The wavelength and time waveforms of the sum frequency light of the pump light and the signal light were measured, and it was also verified that the output was a 2.7 μm laser. The results show that it is feasible to use this method to output 2.7μm laser, which lays the foundation for using 3μm to 5μm mid-infrared laser to pump ZGPOPO with 2.7μm laser as pump source.
