根据日本福岛事故后经验反馈,多堆核电厂必须具备全面应对全厂断电的能力,并在全厂断电期间保证堆芯充分冷却和安全壳完整性。针对我国核电厂应急柴油发电机组配置现状进行了分析,从加强核电厂严重事故缓解能力的角度,提出了全厂断电(Station Black Out,SBO)应急柴油发电机组的设计方案,并应用于新建核电项目,进一步完善了核电厂应急电源纵深防御体系和事故应对策略。
According to the experience feedback from the Fukushima accident in Japan, a multi-reactor nuclear power plant must have the ability to fully deal with the power failure of the whole plant and ensure adequate cooling of the reactor core and containment integrity during the power-off of the whole plant. According to the analysis of the status quo of emergency diesel generator configuration in NPPs in our country, from the perspective of strengthening the capability of mitigating serious accidents of nuclear power plants, a design scheme of emergency diesel generator sets for Station Black Out (SBO) was proposed and applied to new construction Nuclear power projects to further improve the emergency power plant in depth defense system and accident response strategy.
