汪冬霞,女,26岁,工人,已婚,末次月经1993年10月18日,停经50天,自觉嗜睡,食欲差,恶心呕吐6天,呕吐物为胃内容物,无血丝。以往月经规则。6～7/28～30天,量不多,无痛经。 生育一孩,产后八个月起服用避孕药避孕。检查;心肺(-)、肝脾未触及、腹软、无压痛。妇科检查:外阴已产式,阴道畅,少许乳白色分泌物,子宫颈光滑,口闭、宫体前位,增大如孕50天大小,活动好,附件(-)。
