为了观察富含抗RSV－IgG血浆对小儿重症合胞病毒（RSV）肺炎的辅助治疗作用，应用间接ELISA法测定特异性IgG效价，对供血者进行筛选，并应用于小儿重症RSV肺炎的辅助治疗。结果发现，富含特异性IgG新鲜血浆比普通新鲜血浆有更为明显的辅助治疗作用。
In order to observe the adjuvant therapeutic effect of anti-RSV-IgG plasma enriched in RSV pneumonia in children, indirect ELISA was used to determine the specific IgG titer, to screen blood donors, and to be used as adjunct to severe RSV pneumonia in children treatment. The results showed that rich in specific IgG fresh plasma than normal fresh plasma has more obvious adjuvant therapy.
