用仿真的方法研究了根据头皮脑电分布重建大脑皮层电位分布的可行性。该方法采用三层媒质球作头的容积导体模型,利用最小范数的最小二乘法则估计头内一闭合的球型偶极层上偶极子的分布,然后根据估计结果重建大脑皮层电位分布。仿真结果表明,该方法可以很好地表现脑内不同深度源的活动情况;对于皮层脑电活动源,可以达到1cm的空间分辨率。
The feasibility of reconstructing the cerebral cortical potential distribution based on scalp EEG distribution was studied by means of simulation. In this method, a three-layer media sphere is used as a volume conductor model. Least squares of the least norm is used to estimate the distribution of dipoles in a closed spherical dipole layer. The potential distribution of the cerebral cortex is then reconstructed . The simulation results show that the method can well represent the activity of different depth sources in the brain, and the spatial resolution of 1 cm can be achieved for the cortical EEG source.
