2013年12月16日上午,中国科协会员日暨第十三届中国青年科技奖颁奖大会在人民大会堂举行。大会授予马鑫等99名同志第十三届中国青年科技奖,中国金属学会推荐的东北大学朱万成和鞍钢股份有限公司任毅(女)两位同志获此殊荣。中国青年科技奖由中组部、人社部、中国科协共同举办,每两年评选一次,每届获奖者不超过100人。该奖项是1987年由钱学森、朱光亚等老一辈科学家提议设立的,截至目前共颁发了13届,1297位
On the morning of December 16, 2013, the member day of China Association for Science and Technology and the Award Ceremony of the 13th China Youth Science and Technology Prize were held in the Great Hall of the People. The conference awarded 99 comrades, including Ma Xin, the 13th China Youth Science and Technology Prize. Both Comrades Zhu Wancheng of Northeastern University recommended by China Metals Society and Ren Yi (female) of Ansteel Co., Ltd. won this award. China Youth Science and Technology Award Organized by the Central Organization Department, Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, China Association for science and technology jointly held once every two years, each winners no more than 100 people.
