美多PH3610型立体声电唱机是上海无线电三厂引进英国BSR公司成套设备和流水线生产的.这种电唱机为美多CM6560台式双卡立体声收录唱组合音响的组成部分,又可单独使用.音臂为水平方向平行移动,与唱片保持切线方向,循迹误差极小.这种电唱机采用电子自动控制,具有自动放唱与音臂自动返回功能.机中具有放唱、快进、快退、停止、转速选择、唱片尺寸选择和重复唱等七种功能;通电后能自动复位;失真度小,音质逼真.本文介绍PH3610型机的常见故障及其检修方法. 美多PH3610型立体声电唱机的电原理图如附图所示. 1.放唱键(K_9)按下后,唱盘不转,音臂也不移动.开机检查电路,发现电路中各工作电压全部下降,电源电压也下降(正常为12V).测量电源输入端滤波电容器C_(15)两端,电阻变小.经仔细检查,发现BG_(18)的bc结被击穿,造成电源近似短路,整个工作电压大大下降,唱机不能放唱.对此,可将BG_(18)(CG673)用3CX203代替.
