一、前言非球面光学元件的干涉检验,可以用平面自准直法和补偿检验法。但是,平面自准直法只限于抛物面反射镜。光学补偿法虽能用于各种非球面光学元件,但光学补偿件的加工较复杂,调整麻烦。我们知道用计算全息图可以再现一个用数学解析式表示的波前或它的傅里叶变换。同样的道理可用计算全息图再现一个理论计算的像差波面对非球面进行补偿干涉测量。这方面的工作在国外已有报道。
