目的总结民营医院手术室应用《手术期个性化需求信息管理系统》软件提高护士有效配合多点执业外科医师手术的效果。方法在《手术期个性化需求信息管理系统》软件中建立外院专家基本信息及个性化需求信息模块,及时收集外院专家手术相关信息,并定期组织学习,使护士了解外院专家的术中需求。结果软件使用后有效减少了外院专家手术中巡回护士术中出手术间拿取物品次数,从使用前平均每台手术出手术间4.48次下降到1.01次。结论《手术期个性化需求信息管理系统》软件的使用,提高了医护手术配合的默契程度。
Objective To summarize the application of the “Surgery Personalized Requirement Information Management System” software in the operating room of private hospitals to improve the effect of nurses working effectively with multi-point surgeons. Methods The basic information and personalized requirement information module of external hospital expert was established in the software of “Surgery Personalized Requirement Information Management System”, and the relevant information of outside hospital expert surgery was collected in time and regularly organized to enable nurses to understand the intraoperative requirements of outside hospital experts. Results After the software was used, the number of articles taken by the nurse practitioners during the operation in the hospital was effectively reduced from 4.48 times to 1.01 times per operation before operation. Conclusions The use of the software “Personalized Requirement Management Information System for Surgical Operation” has enhanced the understanding of the cooperation between medical and surgical operations.
