在0、0.5%、1.0%和1.5%NaCl溶液下,对51份水稻材料进行鉴定和筛选,以获得极端耐盐水稻种质资源,同时研究了不同NaCl溶液对水稻发芽率及发芽时间的影响。结果表明:随着NaCl浓度的升高,水稻种子的发芽率降低,发芽时间推迟,但材料间差异很大。以发芽率为评价指标,沈稻4号、四丰43、辽选180、珍优1号、珍优2号4个品种具有较强的耐盐能力,对1.5%的高浓度盐胁迫依然有弱的耐性;以发芽指数作为评价指标进行聚类分析,结果为辽盐166、奥羽316、珍优2号、珍优1号、辽盐188、沈农9209、四丰43 7个品种具有较高的耐盐性。
51 rice materials were identified and screened in 0, 0.5%, 1.0% and 1.5% NaCl solutions to obtain the extremely salt-tolerant rice germplasm resources, and the effects of different NaCl solutions on the germination rate and germination time of rice . The results showed that with the increase of NaCl concentration, the germination rate of rice seeds was reduced and the germination time was postponed, but there was great difference between the materials. Taking germination rate as evaluation index, four varieties of Shendao 4, SiFeng 43, Liaowan 180, Zhenyou 1 and Zhenyou 2 had stronger salt tolerance ability, and 1.5% of high concentration of salt stress still had Weak tolerance; the germination index as the evaluation index for cluster analysis, the results of Liao salt 166, Olea 316, Zhenyou 2, Zhenyou 1, Liao salt 188, Shennong 9209, SiFeng 43 varieties have more High salt tolerance.
