This paper argues that there are two kinds of appendages of Bingo in the Turkic Dictionary: -I, which is connected with singular pronouns, and -I, which is attached to the additional components of singular first-person linguists. The former was found in the inscription documents language of the 7th and 9th centuries and shared by all modern Turkic languages except Yakut singular first and second person pronouns, indicating that it was the original form of primitive Turkic language; Seen in the 11th century, it was only shared by modern-day ogus and therefore was an advanced form. From the source, the latter originated from the former.
