贵州省近日发布《贵州省公务员平时考核办法(试行)》,全面考核公务员的日常表现和工作实绩。考核办法以公务员的职位职责和所承担的工作任务为依据,及时记录公务员在德、能、勤、绩、廉方面的日常表现,并以量化考核为主,突出考核工作实绩。考核指标由共性指标和个性指标构成,共性指标主要包括政治品质、职业道德、遵纪守法、廉洁自律、出勤情况等方面,个性指标包括完成工作数量、质量、效率以及所产生的效益
