目的:观察前列舒通胶囊对慢性前列腺炎(chronic prostatitis,CP)模型大鼠前列腺组织中IL-10及TNF-α含量变化的影响,探讨前列舒通胶囊对慢性前列腺炎的保护机制。方法:采用前列腺内注射消痔灵方法复制慢性前列腺模型,将30只成年雄性Sprague-Darley大鼠随机分为假手术组、模型组和前列舒通胶囊治疗组,给药28天后处死大鼠取前列腺组织,采用ELISA法和半定量RT-PCR法检测各组前列腺组织中IL-10和TNF-α表达的变化。结果:与模型组相比,前列舒通胶囊治疗组前列腺组织中IL-10的表达水平明显增高,TNF-α的表达水平明显下调。结论:前列舒通胶囊对慢性前列腺炎大鼠的治疗作用,其作用机制可能与上调IL-10,降低TNF-α的表达有关。
Objective: To observe the effect of Qianlieshutong capsule on the content of IL-10 and TNF-α in the prostatic tissue of rats with chronic prostatitis (CP) and to explore the protective mechanism of Qianlieshutong capsule on chronic prostatitis. METHODS: Thirty adult male Sprague-Darley rats were randomly divided into sham-operated group, model group and Qianlieshutong capsule-treated group. The rats were sacrificed after 28 days of administration Prostate tissue was used to detect the expression of IL-10 and TNF-α in prostatic tissue by ELISA and semi-quantitative RT-PCR. Results: Compared with model group, the expression of IL-10 in prostate tissue of Qianlieshutong capsule group was significantly increased, and the expression of TNF-α was significantly down-regulated. Conclusion: The therapeutic effect of Qianlieshutong capsule on chronic prostatitis rats may be related to the up-regulation of IL-10 and the decrease of the expression of TNF-α.
