为了提高切坯钢丝的使用寿命,对其进行深冷处理。用扫描电子显微镜观察未处理钢丝和深冷处理钢丝的组织形貌,用万能力学试验机、干磨机和显微硬度计测试钢丝的力学性能、耐磨性以及显微硬度。结果表明:深冷处理的切坯钢丝组织更加细密和均匀,珠光体片层距离变小,抗拉强度、显微硬度和耐磨性能均得到提高。二次超深冷处理(-180℃×2h)后,切坯钢丝的珠光体片层间距减小至0.1μm,抗拉强度提高了24%,耐磨性最好。
In order to improve the life of cut wire, cryogenic treatment. The morphology of the untreated steel wire and the cryogenic treated steel wire were observed with a scanning electron microscope. The mechanical properties, wear resistance and microhardness of the steel wire were measured by universal mechanical testing machine, dry grinding machine and microhardness tester. The results show that the structure of the as-cut steel wire is more fine and uniform, the distance between the pearlite platelets is smaller and the tensile strength, microhardness and wear resistance are improved. After the second ultra-cryogenic treatment (-180 ℃ × 2h), the pearlite layer spacing of the cut wire was reduced to 0.1μm, the tensile strength increased by 24%, and the wear resistance was the best.
