该项目为1994年哈尔滨市科技攻关计划项目。于1996年6月10日由哈尔滨锅炉有限责任公司与哈尔滨理工大学共同签定了计划任务(合同)书。本成果是采用物理模拟(建立石灰石脱硫特性试验台)与数学模拟(建立数学模型)相结合的原理、运用国内外先进的实验技术手段,以化学反应工程、系统工程及计算机技术等方面的理论指导,建立了石灰石脱硫特性试验台及其运用技术方面的系统软件。本成果可为用户提供燃煤锅炉石灰石脱硫方面的全方位服务。用户可根据实际需要从计算机系统软件中索取有关石灰石脱硫的物性数据,也可利用试验台对用户所提供的石灰石样品进行脱硫参数的测定,并将测定结果输入计算机的软件系统,该系统可自动将数据进行处理,为用户提供这些样品的脱硫特性评价
