本文依据常用的水轮机调节系统数学模型,对400多组不同参数值下的调节过程进行计算机仿真。将仿真所得的系统性能指标和调节参数分成三组进行回归分析,得出在水流加速时间常数T_w三个不同范围内调节系统的调节时间T_p/T_w,及最大振幅σ和调节系统各系数之间关系的回归拟合式。所得公式具有较高准确度,且简单实用,可供现场水轮机调速器参数整定时使用。
In this paper, based on the commonly used mathematical model of hydraulic turbine governing system, the simulation process under more than 400 sets of different parameter values is carried out. The simulated system performance index and adjustment parameters are divided into three groups for regression analysis. It is concluded that the adjustment time T_p / T_w, the maximum amplitude σ and the coefficients of the adjustment system are within three different ranges of the water flow acceleration time constant T_w Regression fitting relationship. The resulting formula has high accuracy, and simple and practical, available for on-site turbine governor parameter setting.
