本文通过对烟草根、茎、叶生长状况的调查测定,并对根系脱氢酶活力、根系对K+的吸收能力、叶片叶绿素含量和组成以及光合作用强度、呼吸效率等项生理指标的分析,证实烟草在同等供钾浓度下,不同性质的相伴阴离子和其浓度的变化将对K+的吸收和效应产生明显的影响,并直接影响到烟草的生长和有关生理代谢。因此,烟田所施钾肥产生的肥效应是K+与相伴阴离子共同作用的结果。其中SO_4~(2-)对烟草生长和K+吸收产生的影响较大,浓度过高将产生明显的抑制作用。而Cl-对K+的吸收和肥效干扰较轻,并对烟草生长具有一定促进作用。
