阅读1987年5期药学通报刊登的“我国10个民族967例异烟肼乙酰化代谢型的比色测定”一文,认为该文选题很好,我国作为多民族国家还未见民族间乙酰化代谢型的比较研究。该文结果也有启发性,提出了民族间和结核病患者与非结核病患者间是否均有显著差异的问题,值得重视。但由于该文实验设计上的原因,所得结果似难说明问题。提出以下意见供商讨。
Read the 1987 edition of the Bulletin of Pharmacology, “The colorimetric determination of acetylated metabotropic isoniazid in 967 Chinese 10 ethnic groups” published by the Bulletin of Pharmacology in the 5th issue of the Fifth National Congress of the Communist Party of China. It is considered that this article is a good topic. As a multi-ethnic country, A Comparative Study of Acetylated Metabolites. The results of this article are also instructive and raise the issue of whether there are significant differences between ethnic and tuberculosis patients and those with non-tuberculosis, which deserves attention. However, due to the experimental design of the article, the results seem difficult to explain the problem. Put forward the following comments for discussion.
