在PH=9.2的硼砂体系中,IO产生一灵敏的单峰极谱波,峰电位为-1.32V(VS.SCE),检测下限为8ng/ml,线性范围为0.008~1μg/ml。经过预先氧化还原处理,使茶叶中I-氧化为IO即可定量测定。用示波极谱法测定茶叶中碘,兼具灵敏、准确、快速、简便、选择性好的优点。
