本文主要介绍了Weiler等的报告及作者本人的实验操作技术,即放射免疫测定法和酶联免疫吸附测定法在植物激素分析、定量方面的基本原理和操作步骤,并着重对吲哚乙酸、脱落酸、赤霉素、细胞分裂素等植物激素免疫测定的免疫原、示综剂制备方法、交叉反应率以及免疫测定在植物激素分析方面的优缺点、注意事项等作了讨论。指出在植物激素的研究中,免疫学手段将有效地被利用起来。
This article mainly introduces the report of Weiler et al. And the author’s own experimental techniques, namely, the basic principle and operation steps of phytohormone analysis and quantitation by radioimmunoassay and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, Acid, gibberellin, cytokinin and other plant hormone immunoassay immunogens, showing the preparation preparation method, cross-reaction rate and immunoassay in the plant hormone analysis of the advantages and disadvantages, precautions are discussed.
