目的 探讨CT引导下125I粒子植入治疗转移或复发头颈部恶性肿瘤的疗效.方法 回顾性分析25例经125I粒子植入治疗转移或复发的头颈部恶性肿瘤患者的临床资料,进行总结分析,评估此种治疗方法的可行性,安全性和临床效果.结果 25例患者,与术前相比,术后1、2、6个月的病灶明显缩小,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05),局部有效率分别为80％、88％、80％,局部控制率分别为100％、100％、88％.术后未见大出血、神经损伤等严重并发症.结论 CT引导下125I粒子植入治疗转移或复发的头颈部恶性肿瘤方法可行,操作简便,为外科术后及放化疗后复发或转移的头颈部恶性肿瘤患者提供了一种有益的方法,短期内可控制病灶,缓解症状提高患者生活质量.“,”Objective To investigate the efficacy of odine-125 Seed Implantation for the treatment of head and neck cancer by CT-guided.Methods The clinical data of 25 patients who were diagnosed with advanced head and neck cancer or suffering from recurrence metastasis were retrospectively analyzed,evaluated the feasibility,safety and clinical effica cy.Results Technical success was achieved in all 25 patients,compared with the preoperative,postoperative 1,2,6 months of the lesion was significantly reduced (P ＜ 0.05)).The local effective rates were 80％,88％ and 80％,the local control rates were 100％,100％,and 88％,respectively.No serious complications such as hemorrhage and nerve injury were found after operation.Conclusion CT-guided iodine-125 seed implantation for head and neck cancer was feasible and safety.It provides a useful method for patients with head and neck cancer after surgery and radiotherapy or chemotherapy.This method can control the lesions in the short term,relieve symptoms and improve the quality of life for patients.
