胃复安（灭吐灵）是临床上较常用的止吐药。我校急诊室巨994年3月曾收治2例胃复安引起锥体外系反应的患者，报告如下。1临床资料例1，患者女，20岁，学生。因上腹部不适，伴1汇酸就诊，经口服胃复安10mg一次，2小时后出现头向后仰，双目向右上方凝视，嘴闭不拢，舌头向左侧延伸
