目的探讨在常规克霉唑阴道片(凯妮汀)的基础上,应用氟康唑治疗复发性外阴阴道念珠菌病(RVVC)的效果。方法选择2015年1月-2017年1月深圳市宝安区人民医院甲岸社康中心收治的RVVC患者150例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为两组,即对照组和研究组各75例。对照组应用克霉唑阴道片(凯妮汀)治疗,研究组在此基础上口服氟康唑胶囊治疗。观察比较两组临床治疗效果、3个月内的复发率及药物不良反应。结果研究组治疗的总有效率为97.33%,高于对照组的86.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随访3个月,研究组RVVC复发率为6.67%,低于对照组的20.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗期间均未发生明显的药物不良反应。结论在常规克霉唑片的基础上,联合应用氟康唑治疗RVVC疗效满意,可以抑制复发率,安全性佳,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of fluconazole in the treatment of recurrent vulvovaginal candidiasis (RVVC) on the basis of conventional clotrimazole vaginal tablets (cortinale). METHODS: From January 2015 to January 2017, 150 RVVC patients admitted to the Ahn-Shi Community Health Center, People’s Hospital of Bao’an District, Shenzhen City were enrolled in this study. They were divided into two groups by random number table: control group and study group Each 75 cases. The control group was treated with clotrimazole vaginal tablets (cortinale), and the study group was treated with oral fluconazole capsules. The clinical efficacy, the relapse rate within 3 months and adverse drug reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the study group was 97.33%, which was higher than that of the control group (86.67%), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The follow-up of 3 months, the study group RVVC recurrence rate was 6.67%, 20.00% lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). No significant adverse drug reactions occurred during the two groups. Conclusion On the basis of conventional clotrimazole tablets, the combined effect of fluconazole in the treatment of RVVC is satisfactory, which can restrain the recurrence rate and have good safety. It is worthy of clinical application.
