目的观察康妇炎胶囊联合甲硝唑阴道泡腾片治疗细菌性阴道病临床疗效。方法将180例患者随机分为两组,对照组单纯使用甲硝唑阴道泡腾片阴道放药治疗。治疗组在上述治疗基础上同时给予康妇炎胶囊口服,对两组治疗结果进行疗效观察。结果对照组和治疗组治愈率分别为:78%、100%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用康妇炎胶囊联合甲硝唑阴道泡腾片治疗细菌性阴道病,增强疗效,防止复发、简便易行。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Kang Fu Yan capsule combined with metronidazole vaginal effervescent tablets in the treatment of bacterial vaginosis. Methods 180 patients were randomly divided into two groups, the control group metronidazole vaginal effervescent vaginal drug treatment. The treatment group was given Kang Fu Yan capsule on the basis of the above treatment, and the curative effect of the two groups was observed. Results The cure rates of control group and treatment group were 78% and 100%, respectively, with significant difference (P <0.05). Conclusion Kang Fu Yan capsules combined with metronidazole vaginal effervescent tablets in the treatment of bacterial vaginosis, enhance efficacy, prevent recurrence, simple and easy.
