随着我国社会主义市场经济的发展和企业体制改革的不断深化,化工行业一批股份制企业正在迅速崛起,并已作出了可观的业绩。据统计,目前已有深石化,辽通化工、石油大明等76家股份公司的股票在境内外上市(上市公司名录见本期54-56页)。本刊自本期起增辟“股情观察”栏目,选载有关化工行业上市公司经济运作的分析文章,以供业内人士交流经验,了解信息,投资决策参考。
With the development of China’s socialist market economy and the continuous deepening of the enterprise system reform, a number of joint-stock enterprises in the chemical industry are rapidly emerging and have made remarkable achievements. According to statistics, there are already 76 domestic stock companies such as Shenhua Petrochemical Co., Ltd., Liao Tung Chemical Co., Ltd. and Dali Petrochemical Co., Ltd. listed in the domestic and overseas stock markets (see the 54-56 pages of this issue for the list of listed companies). Since the issue of this issue, the new “stock observation” column, selected on the chemical industry, the economic operation of listed companies analysis of articles for the exchange of experience, understanding of information, investment decision-making reference.
