上海市人大常委会第十一届五次会议于1998年9月22日审议通过《上海市发展中医条例》,并将于1998年11月1日颁布实施,它标志着该市的中医事业将进入一个有法可依、依靠法制发展中医药事业的新时期。
The 5th meeting of the Standing Committee of the Shanghai Municipal People’s Congress examined and approved the “Shanghai Regulations on the Development of Traditional Chinese Medicine” on September 22, 1998 and will be promulgated and implemented on November 1, 1998. It marks the city’s traditional Chinese medicine cause. Enter a new era in which there is law to rely on and legal systems to develop the cause of traditional Chinese medicine.
