目的探讨骶子宫韧带精细显微组织结构,以了解骶子宫韧带的功能及阐明相关疾病的病因和发病机制。方法收集2008年4月至10月在南方医科大学南方医院等三家医院行广泛性子宫切除术后新鲜离体骶子宫韧带标本29条,采用HE、免疫组织化学及多种特殊染色方法对骶子宫韧带组织进行定性研究。结果骶子宫韧带中含大量纤维结缔组织,以胶原纤维为主,少量的弹力纤维、肌纤维和网状纤维。含大量血管,包括中、小、微动静脉,分布无明显规律。富含神经组织,为自主神经,其中以交感神经为主,主要分布在骶子宫韧带的外侧深层,副交感神经成分极少见。淋巴管含量较多,集中分布于骶子宫韧带的内侧面,外侧面呈散在分布,偶见淋巴结。富含脂肪组织。结论骶子宫韧带组织结构复杂,其精细显微组构特征决定其是一些盆底疾病以及广泛性子宫切除术术中、术后并发症发生发展的基础。
Objective To investigate the fine microstructure of sacral uterine ligament to understand the function of sacral uterine ligament and clarify the etiology and pathogenesis of related diseases. Methods A total of 29 freshly isolated sacral uterus ligaments were collected from three hospitals in Nanfang Hospital of Southern Medical University from April 2008 to October 2008. The specimens of sacral uterus were collected by HE, immunohistochemistry and various special staining methods. Ligament tissue qualitative research. Results Sacral uterine ligament contains a large number of fibrous connective tissue, mainly collagen fibers, a small amount of elastic fibers, muscle fibers and reticular fibers. Containing a large number of blood vessels, including the small, arteriovenous, distribution no obvious rules. Rich in nerve tissue, autonomic nervous, of which the main sympathetic, mainly located in the lateral sacral uterine ligament deep parasympathetic composition is extremely rare. More content of lymphatic vessels, concentrated in the medial sacral uterine ligament, the lateral was scattered, occasionally lymph nodes. Rich in fat tissue. Conclusions The structure of the sacral uterus ligament is complicated. The fine microstructure of the sacral uterus ligament determines that it is the basis of some pelvic floor diseases and the occurrence and development of postoperative complications during extensive hysterectomy.
